I am Priya Chadha, Director of Univ Learn Limited. I established this company to solve a critical and costly issue facing the UK today: the under-utilisation of valuable talent due to outdated assessment tools and systemic bias. We are building the solution the UK sharply needs.
Our venture is working on an innovation project named TOS (Talent Operating System), which is a game-changing technology that intelligently identifies, assesses, and matches talent to opportunity, unlocking untapped potential for scalable economic growth.
We believe in Innovation with Purpose, hence as our corporate social responsibility, we donate 50% of our proceedings to UK charities that focus on skills and education for under-served communities under our initiative Dharmasetu to ensure that success fuels positive community impact.

Talent Operating System
Talent Operating System (TOS) is an AI + HI (Artificial Intelligence + Human Intelligence) powered talent-development platform that uses neuroscience-backed smart assessments to map a person’s Inner Architecture in real time—without lengthy questionnaires. It identifies how people think, feel, decide, and perform by combining micro-decisions, scenario responses, visual instincts, and gaming assessments with behavioural neuroscience, enabling a level of accuracy traditional psychometric cannot offer.
It is not like traditional self-reported personality tests that give you a personality tag. It is Inner Architecture with the architecture required for a desired goal—such as a career shift, project success, leadership readiness, or performance outcome, and generating a personalised, time-bound transformation journey.

Dharmasetu
Dharmasetu translates to 'The Bridge to Purposeful Living.' It represents the critical connection between an individual's outer world (career, community, actions) and their inner world (self-understanding, values, clarity), guiding them to a more fulfilled and ethical life. Dharmasetu is directly funded by the success of the TOS platform. We pledge that 50% of our net proceedings will be dedicated to charity. This ensures that every contract secured by TOS directly contributes to building stronger, more purposeful UK communities. To fulfil this mission, Dharmasetu focuses on creating and disseminating accessible resources for personal development and self-understanding. With this, we contribute to improved mental well-being and the kind of internal clarity necessary for individuals to identify and utilise their skills effectively—a direct complement to the external talent-matching service provided by TOS.
